BIOGRAPHY

Hoffman Matlin & Monroy is pleased to announce that Diana Rosario, Esq., has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in the defense litigation team. Diana brings with her a strong foundation in legal advocacy and a deep commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Diana earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she developed a strong passion for litigation and advocacy. Since then, she has focused her practice on insurance defense, with particular emphasis on general liability, automobile accident claims, and matters involving New York Labor Law.

Known for her strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail, Diana is skilled in navigating complex legal issues, conducting comprehensive research, and building defenses tailored to the unique aspects of each case. Her dedication and thoroughness have consistently helped protect client interests and achieve successful results.

Beyond her legal work, Diana remains actively involved in the legal community. She is a proud member of the New York State Bar Association, the Dominican Bar Association, and the Amistad Long Island Black Bar Association, where she continues to contribute her time, insight, and energy toward advancing the profession.

Outside of her professional life, Diana maintains balance through running, reading, and nurturing her faith, emphasizing her dedication to physical wellness and personal growth. These practices highlight her commitment to living a balanced and intentional life.
